  Typically we would like to see any existing plans of a residence if they are available and the address of the property. We also need to work to a budget and a detailed brief from the client of what they want to achieve will allow us to provide a design that will be able to be constructed within that budget.

  By obtaining the plans for the existing residence from their local council if wanting to construct additions or alterations, having a clear idea of what you want to do in terms of create another bedroom or bathroom etc and the most important tip is to have a budget to work.
