We are fully insured with both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. We also have a Registered Blue Card and soon to have a Security Advisor and Installer Licence. I personally guarantee all work I perform striving for 100% customer satisfaction.

We have saved a fair few customers from having to replace thir apple MacBooks by performing board-level repairs when the apple store and others have told them it is a writeoff, one customer had a board-level repair done for $50 where apple wanted to charge $1500!!!!!

Do you offer after-hours support? - yes, with prior arrangement, any hour! How much will it cost? - After a free quick phone call or inspection, we can answer that. Do I need to buy a new one? - In almost all cases no, our prices are kept reasonable so the repair does not outway the replacement.

We have long term customers who are businesses and non-profit organizations. We always answer calls from our customers and keep them up to date on the progress of their job. on top of this, we are fully insured with a National Police Check and Working with Children Blue Card as well.

1: Try to leave the repair to us, windows restore, or disassembly may result in the issues becoming worse. 2: Time is essential if it's left too long; the damage may be irreversible and can even result in data loss. 3: Keep Calm! There is always a solution, sometimes it not as bad as it seems.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our pricing is kept low to make the repair more feasible then replacement. We also have our fixed labour charges for certain services like virus cleans for $80 or Data backup for $100 no matter the time frame.

We have EFTPOS and Cash facilities as well as Direct Deposit and PayPal for payments of remote repairs. Please note: surcharges may apply for Credit or American Express.

I Specialise in the tough ones, jobs that others have given up on, we mainly perform computer and laptop repairs, but we will help with anything electronic!
