Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are insured with 10M Public Liability and customers goods are also insured while on site. We provide a 1 month minimum warranty on all work. Some jobs come with up to 6 months warranty.

A customer came to our store after a bad experience with another tech. They were told all their data was gone and they'd have to buy a new machine. We were able to recover all their data and fix the underlying issue with their machine which still works to this day.

You'll have to bring your machine to our shop for a 100% accurate quote. Like all things it's very difficult to provide an accurate quote without doing an assessment.

Honestly, the best course of action if you're having any problems is bring the machine in ASAP. Especially if you're worried about your data. As we do a free assessment and quote, you won't be worse off, but sometimes if people try to fix things themselves, it turns an easy problem into a messy 1.

We do not charge for our diagnosis or quote. We offer a $50 tech bench service if your job takes less than half an hour. All other services are quoted before the customer is charged and we have a no fix, no fee policy.
