  I have no complaints about the work carried out in a professional and timely manner by a pleasant tradesman Our problems started when the quote I had requested was misunderstood and instead of getting a bill for $176 I received an account in the mid $200s. When I made contact to ask why, apparently the sliding door repair quote I had a requested was priced as a screen door repair. Fair enough so I made contact again saying I was confused but when I realised what had happened I was happy to compromise but never got the opportunity as I was told in no uncertain that terms the mistake was mine, when it clearly wasn’t as I had asked for a sliding door repair and hadn’t noticed the quote was for a screen door. My desire to be fair and come to an agreement re a combination of errors on both sides was shut down by what I consider was inappropriate accusations of dishonesty on my part and very unprofessional wishes for me to have the day week and year I deserved
