Customers can save money by: 1. have a central location for all electronic copies of all invoices/bills/receipts 2. good communication with the Bookkeeper to ensure deadlines are met 3. reconcile frequently so you can run accurate management reports

When you charge on an hourly rate basis you only pay for the time taken to complete the job efficiently. Other businesses prefer to charge a fixed price which they may make a large profit or a small loss. Our motto is that we do not want to overcharge the client.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge by hourly rate by the minute. There are no markups on your bill - ever! If it only takes 23 minutes to reconcile your file then you will only be charged 23 minutes.
