I always pondered on working for myself as I think most people do. The honest truth is that when my son was born, I wanted to be around him so I thought why not give it a go. What's the worst that can happen, it doesn't work out then I can go work for someone. Fortunately all is OK at XRCC

I get all types of questions but there are no silly questions. I try to answer and educate customers with any questions because at the end of the day, they are spending their $$ on a service. Might as well make them feel comfortable and let them know why they are spending that amount of money

I too am a customer in different fields. I believe that the best form of advertising is Word of Mouth. If you are honest and fair, you will always have work. That is why our motto at XRCC is " Customer is King"

Most of the time, just speaking over the phone. Unless it is a commercial job where there is rough in/fit off stages then a site inspection is required

1. Try to explain as thoroughly the job at hand 2. Take some photos 3. I will ask all the relevant questions which will give me the an indication of what the job/quote will entail

I have worked in the Air Con & Refrigeration Wholesalers industry in the past for over 12 years. I have a lot of good relationships with suppliers and know the market very well. I also distribute certain AC brands like Haier & Mitsubishi

EFT or Credit Card. A customer will get a quote and if they agree to go ahead will pay a deposit and the remainder once the job is complete
