  We recently got Your Rugs and Flooring to install Bamboo flooring in two bedrooms. Mate, they are very good and we are very happy with their product and their installation. When I put my request on Oneflare, my original plan was to purchase bamboo floor boards from a floor retailer and DIY installation. But when Mark from this company rang me up first time, I asked him to give me two separate quotes, one for supplying bamboo floor boards only and one for supply and installation, just wanting to know the cost for installation in case I need help. Mark came to my house to do the onsite measurement on the next day. He was very patient answering my questions regarding his products. He also kindly offered me his advice and tips for bamboo floor DIY installation. The price Mark quoted to me was better comparing to other quotes. Because his quote is within my budget and I also got other work commitment, I ended up let his team to do the installation. Their installation team was very friendly and very professional. I was very impressed by their installation stills and the way these guys finishing up their job. Our new bamboo floor looks fantastic! Feilong (I believe he is the leader of the time and the business owner) inspected the whole floor with me very carefully and they cleaned up and took away all rubbishes. I am very happy to recommend these guys to the people who need new timber flooring.

  "Ken was the fourth person to contact me and was waitlisted and boy, am I glad to have them contact me. Ken and Feilong along with their team blew all other quotes out water, offering same warranties and better compared to others. The bamboo floor was chosen quickly, Feilong came in and did the measure & quote super quick and here is the clincher, printed the quote right off. Others came in and said they would do a measure, then a quote and then formalized quote another time and at double the price. Feilong came in, did a quote, printed right off, for half the price and asked when we wanted the job done. He and his team did that job in 3 days flat which everyone else said would take 3.5 -4 days. Great work ethic. And Feilong fixed everything we wanted very well. Ken and his team were very efficient with co-ordination and billing queries.
