  Zia went above and beyond to make sure our house was finished in lighting speed because of all the delay we already had. But just because it was fast, doesn't mean he cut any corners. He worked from dusk to dawn every single day, even on weekends!, His tilng job it's perfect.

  Zia did 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets renovations for me at my rental house. He is very professional. He came everyday and didn’t go to another job. Because of the continuous rain, he patiently wait for the waterproofing to be totally dry. He didn’t try to cut corners. He takes pride laying the tiles in an orderly way. Great job and great workmanship. He is very approachable and polite. He left my bathrooms and toilets cleaned and took all his rubbish. I would use him again.
