We are a professional and experienced IT company who specialise in high end corporate environments. We are not some one man, work from home service, we have 5 highly skilled and qualified IT professionals. We also have brilliant skills and experience with IP CCTV installations, data cabling, project management and offer a variety of other corporate services. That said, we are still happy to hear from non-corporate clients, we know you will be impressed with the service.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Depending on if the job is an IT quote of a CCTV quote depends dramatically as to what information we require. Generally for IT quotes we need to know what the problem (if any) is and as much detail about what has been happening so we can accurately understand what might be wrong so we know what will be  required (eg: time required, parts etc)

We offer free callout within 5kms of the Canning Vale area as well as free network assessments and IT health reports for new clients. We also offer demonstration CCTV cameras where applicable.

We do not claim to be the the most price competitive service out there. Our focus is on the quality, experience and customer service you will receive.. You will save money in the long run because whilst a less experienced company might be cheaper per hour, they will take significantly more time to complete the task. Quality and service is worth the extra investment.

How do you normally charge for your service?

In most cases the client is invoiced on a monthly basis or for one-off jobs we accept other forms of payment such as paypal, cash, cheque and direct deposit. It should be noted that we offer discounts for upfront or cash payment.
