  Zuhair was very quick to respond to my request . He was not able to fix my washing machine being 8 years old . He did recommend replacing the pump switch but also suggested it may be only be just one of the problems .. Sadly on that note we will be replacing our washing machine this is the first time in the 8 years we have needed a technician for our Hoover . Highly recommend Zuhair .
