Goutham Kotera of Groomie, Experts in Pet Maintenance is the Oneflare Customer Choice Awards winner for 2017 in the Pet Lovers category. After starting out as an electronic engineer working in top IT companies, Goutham’s love for dogs eventually led him into pet grooming and as a result has had a better work-life balance and more time with his family.

How has Oneflare helped grow your business?

Oneflare was very helpful in not only providing me with lots of job leads, but also in providing a platform where I can get direct feedback in customer reviews and star ratings, which I think is the most important thing for a business to grow these days.

What advice would you give to other businesses starting on Oneflare?

Always remember that customer satisfaction comes first. From the first communication with the customer to the completion of the job, making sure the customer is happy and satisfied is the most important thing.

To win Oneflare’s Customer Choice Awards for 2017 in my category feels amazing. Thank you for providing a platform where I can affordably market my business and have access to so many new customers.

What do you think was the key to your success in becoming a CCA winner?

I am always consistent in my communication with the customer and in the quality of my service. I also treat every customer and their pets respectfully and professionally.

What are your 3 tips to getting good customer reviews?

  1. Communication. Being timely and responsive.
  2. Listen. Understand your customer’s needs.
  3. Quality. Provide the best service.
