We like to keep our cost for repairs simple and easy to follow. Every job we face, we assess requirements and time for our clients. Businesses prefer Hourly Rates, so we cater for them, for home users, we don't like to see that worry of "how long? how much?", so we have a Fixed Price.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
We got an email from a young man who had his Laptop stolen from his room, along with other goods. The crook just so happened to ask for the Password to be removed or everything reinstalled a few days later. We stalled the crook while waiting for Police to roll up and arrest him. Victory!
