Site inspection is not always required. to offer a firm quite. The typical things I need to know to provide a quote over the phone is. Size of the area to be cleaned. Condition of the area to be cleaned - If it's a roof , are there any obvious leeks.  Access - is it easy to access your property.

Every one likes to save money wherever they can. It's always a good idea to have the area cleared of any large objects, I'm happy to do this for you for a small fee. Join our loyalty program. -   We recommend regular annual cleaning  especially if it gets a lot of traffic.  Book the job in and receive a 5% loyalty discount  receive a no obligation call each year just to see if the area needs any attention. It;s that easy

You will find my pricing very competitive,  I am the owner and operator with minimal overheads so you don't pay for huge running costs. My pricing is low with out compromising on results, + I offer a loyalty discount to my happy customers

I prefer to be paid in cash but happy to accept credit card via Pay Pal  on line.  I do charge a small fee of 2% for this convenience I am not GST registered saving you money.
