I am a fully insured business with public liability insurance and I guarantee all work for 2 years and one year on all materials for total peace of mind for your job.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I always wanted to be an electrician even back in high school I knew this is what I wanted to do and being a hands on person and a person who likes to be challenged being an electrician was a good fit.

Keeping up to date with new technologies and implementing them on the job. The satisfaction I get when completing a job or fixing something that doesn't work and of course meeting new clients.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

A customer should never hesitate to ask an electrician for proof that he or she has a current Electrical Contractors Licence and current Public Liability. Another thing a customer should ask about is the type of materials being used as there is a lot of cheap Chinese fittings being used today which has a tendency of not lasting long.

I always show up to a job on time and once a job is allocated to a certain time and day it does not change only on customer request. I am straight up and down with my customers and never cut any corners on jobs as in this industry there is to much to lose if a job is below par.

With 17 years experience in the Industry there isn't much I haven't come across. With competitive pricing and only using quality products to give you the best possibly outcome for your job.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Tip No.1. Don't always think that buying the materials yourself for a job will save you money we get materials from a wholesaler at a greatly reduced price and I personally don't mark up on materials. Tip No. 2. Make it clear to the electrician on what you want to save confusion and possibly having to redo a job. Tip No. 3. If the job is do and charge make sure the electrician has access to everything he or she needs to get to this will save time and money.

Our pricing is competitive due to the fact we don't charge extravagant call out fees or extravagant hourly rates. Our call out fees and hourly rates are sensibly priced and our quoted jobs are also sensibly priced.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We work off an initial callout fee combined with the hourly rate for the first hour then the standard hourly rate after that. There is no callout fee for a job if we have to go back to it in the same week.

We like to think that we can cover all aspects of the industry and I don't really just specialise in the one thing. We like to help our customers out with whatever electrical or communication problem they have.

17 years experience in the industry, Electrical Contractors Licence, Master Cabler Licence with endorsements in structured cabling, coaxial cabling and fibre optics.
