Well, once I went to fix a computer of a regular client in Clayton. It was usual for me to go straight inside as I have know the customer for quite a few years. I went straight inside to find no one except a cockatoo. I've never seen this bird before, so thinking me as an intruder, he went inside it's cage, and to my utter surprise, made a harrowing sound to alarm the client that a stranger has infiltrated their patch. Ever since that, both the cockatoo and the client have strengthened our relationship!

First of all it is essential that we know the operating system that is begin used on your PC. For example, Windows Vista, 7 or 8. Also it is helpful for us to know whether particular problems such as sudden shut downs and blue screens exist with your PC.

Tip 1: Please make sure your computer is well protected against viruses and malware. There are all sorts of theories that all the major anti virus software are pointless. Tip 2: Perform regular scans on your computer using the anti virus software you already have on your computer. Tip 3: Contact IT professional as soon as you discover a problem without delay as it can make a minor virus into a lot complicated issue.

We have kept the prices for a flat rate to make things a lot simpler and transparent. Some viruses and malware may take hours to fix and we feel it is not right to charge a customer an hourly rate to have their computers put back into normal working order. While the big firms charge hundreds of dollars per hour, we have kept a handy rate of $100 for the 1st hour and then $60 per hour . Beat that!

There is a flat rate of $120 per PC for virus removal and tune up and you do not need to pay a dollar if we can't fix your computer. Simply, it's no fix no fee. If you require additional services such as networking and hardware support we will always quote before starting work

My expertise lies in computer software and programming. I started my career as a computer engineer after graduating from university with the belief in making the nitty gritty stuff of computing to the ordinary folk.Thus far I've been able to achieve this thanks to my friendly and calm disposition.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems from RMIT together with a Bachelors Degree in Multimedia Studies from the Central Queensland University in Melbourne. The practical  skills and knowledge base gained from these institutions have widened my skills in computers and this in turn will help you solve your computer related issues in a reliable and professional manner.
