Fully insurance and all installation has 5 yr warranty. Parts are dependent on brand installed and we make sure these warranties are covered if an issue arises.

Speak to us or an expert first pools and chemicals may seem easy however not getting the combination right means more work in the long run.   Get us to install equipment. It may seem simple however 40% of our work is replacing home installation of equipment which has voided warranties. Get it done properly the first time.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

Commence our maintenance service for only $50.00inc gst per month (usually $80.00). This includes one visit per month, then in August fortnightly service for only $100.00 a month (two visits per month, usually $65.00 per visit - $130.00 a month). Each visit we conduct the following:  -Manual vacuum of the pool each visit -Removal of debris -High Pressure wash filter if cartridge filter -Backwash of the filter if sand -Adjust water level to correct height -Free water sample test that we keep on file to make chemical/salt last the longest and maintain a clear pool. -Balance all chemicals (chemical costs not included) -Pre-emptive checking of all equipment so it is maintained to its fullest without causing major issues down the track. -Access to our wholesale rates for equipment and chemicals -3 Monthly scrub of pool where grime may hold to the pool such as water level area – acid to remove body fat/sunscreen build up. -Discounted labour on all installation of new equipment if ever needed

We invoice when installation of equipment/repairs are complete. Clients can pay via direct credit, credit card, cheque or cash.   Or fortnightly service clients get an invoice each month to pay via the above mentioned methods/
