We charge hourly for onsite computer repairs and by 15min intervals for remote support (remote computer repairs). And fixed price for pickup services. Our prices for data recovery depends on the size of the HDD and our website designs are priced based on amount of pages and content that needs to be delivered.

We would like the terms and conditions on our website to be read and client agreement form to be filled so the customer understands the processes. Also the customer needs to know any services carried out have to comply to these terms and conditions.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I used to work at a computer store and seeing how stressed people where when having to get there computer fixed , customers crying etc.. I thought I could make a difference and make things easier for them by not having to go to the store in the first place but helping them from the comfort of there own home.

When making a booking through our website, make sure to give as much information as possible. This will help us to make a better diagnosis of the problem and could help to solve it quicker.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
I guarantee my work. If I cant do it then there will be no charge. Also if the problem isn't fixed properly the first time then we will make sure it is fixed.

I only charge reasonable prices no overpriced costs for services, only for costs involved, travel costs and time involved. I don't have any hidden costs and will explain before the service.

Will everything be alright? Most problems can be fixed but not all and the thing most painful is probably having your hard drive stop working and you lose your precious photos and documents this is probably the worst thing that can happen so we should always make sure we keep backups.
