I was fairly frantic in the weeks leading up to the wedding with organising so many things, but Denise was so understanding and helped me work out a menu that catered for myself being pescatarian, and also allowed my guests to enjoy themselves! She was highly adaptable, despite our schedule going out the door on the day due to various other things going wrong. The food was delicious, and no one went hungry! Her team cleaned up the kitchen afterwards, and everyone had an amazing time. The quality of the food itself was excellent and there is a huge variety to choose from.
