The services that were provided to me promptly and also at a very good service price--virus removal and restoration of a personal computer to an earlier fully functioning set up. I had my laptop and an IPod dropped off at their shop for repairs--both had broken screens. I got them back quickly and all the needed repairs were done completely. Attila was good to deal with and provides services at a fairly affordable price. He is highly recommended by a friend and I am glad... We also attempt remove nasty Malware and Viruses, otherwise a windows reinstall is then sometimes required, we replace laptop screens and address most computer related issues.

We are an upfront Business and there are no hidden surprises.
1 Byte charges by the hour, then in 15 min increments.
We will tell the customer our opinion if upgrading, repairs or replacement parts are needed, this give the customer the choices to make from the start.
What makes your pricing competitive?
1 Byte knows what the "average" pricing for computer services are, but a lot of suppliers charge too much and there are some that charge below even 1 Byte's, you get what you pay for!
1 Byte's rate is fair; we show prospective customers that you don't have to pay exuberant fees to get quality service.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Dust free areas and ventilation is important to keep PC dust and static from building up.
Keep all cords neat and UN plug from wall when not in use, better insurance than a surge protector and save standby power too!
Always back up data to an external drive and place it in a fire proof container for safe keeping.

Every business has to give its customers prices for its products or services. There are several ways you can do this.

The products we supply in repairs are covered by their own manufacturers warranty and all documentation for these products are given to the customer also.

A: I say downloading music, movies, games or software from unfamiliar sites or accepting emails from friends who are also oblivious to an infected email is common!

A: Many things, virus, malware, fragmenting, software issues, old computer, 10% space on hard drive.

Since the age of 10 when I took apart my first video console 'pong" and couldn’t put it back together.
