5 star service all the way. Ross was prompt, communicative, thorough and completely professional. I had 2 other tradesmen that refused to do the work yet Ross took it as a challenge and ran with it. Even though it ended up taking over 14 hours to instal our air con he made not one complaint and still charged the quoted price - no whinging excuses that you find with most trades. I would thoroughly recommend Ross if you are looking for any job to do with air con - even if you would like to email me I would be more than happy to provide a reference.
