  Although Dean was punctual, friendly and left a neat and tidy work area, I am not entirely happy with the work done. I had the washers in 6 taps replaced including the hot and cold taps in my en-suite, as they were dripping. Within a couple of months the cold tap was dripping again. I had another plumber come recently to fix the badly dripping cold tap in my en-suite. My new plumber said that the taps in the en-suite were really bad and in serious need of work. He couldn't believe I'd had a plumber work on them 7 months ago. I was really disappointed that the tap began dripping again within a few months of Dean working on it.

  Dean was first to respond. Was there 2 days later (on a Saturday, when does that happen!), replaced the old leaky cystern within an hour... no mess. Honest and reliable. Highly recommend this business.
