  The best personal trainers I've ever experienced, attention to detail and great at motivating. Been to heaps of other trainers but never had results like I get with 4 U body Fitness.

  I've been training with 4 U Body Fitness for 2 years and can say that since I have been having my personal training sessions twice a week I have lost over 12 kilo's and put on 5 kilo's of muscle. I have never felt fitter or looked better in my life, the trainers get top result's because of their commitment to nutrition and knowledge on what work's for you as an individual. You work at your level , achieve great result's through their support and motivation. I highly recommend 4 U Body Fitness with Tim Morgan and his Team of expert's.
