  Clean the job - Have the job ready to go. Free from furniture, obstructions or removal of building rubbish. Have one tradesman at a time, this will save workplace congestion. EG a plasterer can't work on top of a tiler.

  Charges normally by site or plan inspection - this is due to most people underestimating what materials and time is needed to obtain the perfect finish. Charges can be by hourly rate, contract or quote. Either is by negotiation.
