We are required by law to hold a public indemnity insurance which provides cover if something goes wrong due to our mistake or error. But we double check our work always to keep the chances of error minimum.

How the data would be provided to us (raw invoices and bank statements or basic reports etc). Are you interested in tax saving advise, also what is needed. We prefer per job because sometimes it takes more than a usual time to complete a job and this way we make sure that we do not overcharge our clients. But can work on hourly basis on client's preference. We also have various packages to suit clients' needs. We are extremely flexible with your requirements!
