concreting does not offer any forms qualifications or training but experience counts for everything in this trade and thats exactly what we have we have a great eye for detail and we can visualize job completed before actually starting which i think is very important

we specialise in different aspects in the trade from just providing cutting services for clients only but i think our strength is actually performing all aspects of job from excavating site to finish project with concrete

our services are normally charge by quote which covers everything that you require in a job and also make you aware of everything that may be required for youre project and not be hit with added extras whilst job is in progress

our pricing is competitive as we know exactly whats required in pricing job for the job required we can only be competitive as long as other quotes fully make you aware of inclusions and more important exclusions

tip 1 to save money make sure you get all inclusions and exclusions when getting quote. Tip 2 look over all levels with contracter prior to pouring of concrete because you may have been quoted for a certain thickness and actually getting alot less. And tip 3 make sure you go over tips 1 and 2

things that are good to know before we can provide a quote is of course correct address and phone number exact type of concrete you would like and a time frame of when you would like job done and ideal timeslots to provide quote

yes we are a fully insured business with zero incidents and yes we do provide guarantee on all our work so all clients can rest assured that they have compartent people doing there work

what makes our company the most reliable is our track record with all work we have done i believe our knowledge in whats needed whilst quoting is our strength but as an individual choosing a contractor you must be comfortable in youre choise price does not count for everything
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
most common question is this guy said he can do job for this amount. My answer is yes thats ok but what have they included and more often than that they dont know exactly and to me that raisers alarm bells in other quote

again i suggest exactly ask what are all inclusions and exclusions find out size of steel being used and strength of concrete being used exact time frame of job and exact start and finish date

the thing we like about our job is we like to please people with our work we like to make people feel comfortable with us we can have fun at work and we like to make people feel very pleased in the apperance and improvment to their investment
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
our favourite customer story was one of our earliest jobs in where a client we didnt previously know rang us out of the blue and asked if we could do an urgent job as the contractor he had booked in had let him down not once but 3 times we ended up doing his job and we still now do all of his commercial work after 9 years so thats our favourite story
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
well most of our family have been concreters for many generations so it only become natural working on weekends with my uncles when i was still at school then slowly proceeding to start our own company
