As a CPA practice, we are covered by Public Liability insurance of 1 million per single claim.   We have strict quality control systems in place to ensure our services are delivered with the highest professional standards and quality.

We always had strong inclination for numbers which ultimately led us to study accounting at university. Through university, accounting seemed to come easily to us, and it was only natural for us to pursue accounting as a career.

We firmly believe before a customer engages an accountant for their services, 3 main questions have to be asked.  1) Their academic background  2) Professional background  3) Ask about the work that is to be done. Some accountants may appear professional on the outside but in fact, know very little or nothing about what they are talking about and it is the client which ultimately suffers.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

To provide a more accurate quote to our clients, we would need to carry out an initial client interview. This can be done either over the phone or by making an appointment and coming into our office.  This interview is designed to give us a better understanding of your circumstances and formulate a plan. From there we will give the client a formal quote.   Should the client accept our quote, we will proceed by requesting specific documents. Clients can send us the documents either through e-mail or in person to our office.   Finally, once all relevant documentations are received, work will commence.
