We guarantee our work and always tell our customer if there is anything wrong then to give us a call all bring the vehicle back. We want our customers to know that they do have a right to  do that  and we want them happy.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

The reason this business was created is because my father has been a mechanical since the age of 16. Him and myself his daughter wanted to create a trustworthy and reliable mechanical and roadworthy business. That people can trust and bring all their family knowing that we will not leave their pockets empty.

We have many great customer stories the best one is always when we see our customers leaving with that happy smile on their face and knowing that they will return.

We love being able to work as a huge family we are not all related but see each other all as family. We all can have a good old joke and laugh together and there is  never any tension between us.

A customer needs to know that they feel comfortable in knowing they have chosen the right mechanic. To do this they should ask questions about their vehicle how much the cost will be.

Our business is reliable an trustworthy as we will always get the job done in a timely manner. You can trust us as we will always keep you informed every step of the way.

We try to help everyone out we don't over charge our customers. If there is something we can do to help we will go out of our way to do it. We are friendly and just here to help.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We need to know the make and model, year and the type of the engine of the vehicle. Please keep in  mind though we may not always be able to quote the correct price with out seeing the vehicle to determine the problem.

Our pricing is competitive as we are here to help and not make your pockets empty. We try to beat most prices so you can get both of two worlds a fantastic mechanical job at a great price.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For mechanical work it is charged parts and at an hourly rate in an invoice format. Our Mobile Roadworthys are charged from a set price then travel cost are added to the price.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in Queensland Roadworthy Certificates and mechanical work there has not yet been a car that we can not fix. As a team we all have different cars that we work better with, when we come together we can fix anything.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We have over 40 years experience combined in the mechanical world as well as the roadworthy one. All our mechanics are fully qualified and pride themselves in their work.
