  This company quoted the wrong price, just slightly lower than the rest of the quotes. When I confirmed the price before I paid them, the older guy (who looks like his dad) was so angry and being condescending to me. The younger guy was moving stuff non stop, the older guy went out to smoke twice and answering a few phone calls while moving, some furniture had new scratches, otherwise the move was alright.

  As our job was rather urgent, we decided to hire A2A Removals after the organiser, Jessica sent a text confirming the cost. Our job was to remove a dining room suite consisting of a table and 6 chairs plus a large timber wall unit. Firstly, the 2 removalists assigned to the job were unaware as to what was being removed and secondly, didn't have any knowledge of the delivery address - there was a total lack of communication between the removalists and the organiser, Jessica. The removal of the dining suite chairs was rather fast and painless but as for the table and wall unit well that's another story. The removalist seemed to be in hurry and just wanted the job over and done with quickly. They did not assess the overall removal of the table and wall unit at all, without any protective gear what so ever, they just went for it. Both items were scratched and there was damage to our wall and front door. Sadly there was a language barrier which made it was hard to explain what was being removed and to what address. Please note payment seems to be cash only. We would not recommend hiring this company.

  Had a good experience with A2A. Had a very heavy full size billiard table and light fitting moved from Hunters Hill to Chester Hill. It was a donation so I didn’t need the ‘Hunters Hill Premium’ typical of tradies in our area. Got an appropriate price and a team of seven guys efficiently moved the table. Good service.

  Initially we were impressed with the extra details of the service given by the organiser when we first set up the ad and reviews on their website seemed decent. First red flag was that the removalist were meant to come at 2pm but were late and came close to 4pm. We were advised by the organiser that they were coming late but we really had no other choice but wait. It also would help if the drivers were fluent in speaking and understanding English. The drivers were aware they had another pickup at a different location and they kept filling the truck not leaving much space for the other items that needed to be collected we had to remind them to leave space but they kept putting more things in the truck anyway. We had a cabinet nailed to the wall and they just pulled it off causing damage to the wall. We also found a red cigarette butt on the ground of our front yard and an empty beer carton in our bin. And to top this all off they damaged the wall of our new home!!! This was discovered the next day. The damage was denied by the removalist ofcourse. We texted photos of the damage to the organiser. First she denied receiving the pictures. So we sent a snap shot of the message being sent to her. After that no response and then calls not being picked up or returned. Unreliable, irresponsible, unapologetic. Not hiring from this company again that's for sure.
