Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We hold Professional Indemnity and Cyber insurance policies plus the usual business insurance. In our profession we can only guarantee that we will represent you correctly, we cannot guarantee the job because you are at the coal face of your business, not us.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I always liked numbers. I used to budget my smarties when I was 5 years of age... yes... borne accountant alright.  We also love solving problems with business hence with numbers. Challenges don't scare us, they fire us up alright.

This client came to us with quite a lot of trouble with the ATO. His former accountant did not take enough care to explain things. We took up the work, and helped these lovely people to negotiate with the ATO for a reasonable arrangement. It wasn't straight forward but it worked. Now they are OK.

The thing I like most about my job are the people, how the calm down and smile when they meet with us. Many of our clients have been with us since the 1990s, we laugh and we cry with them on their life's journey. When we achieve a mile stone with them it's the greatest joy!

We won't let you down when others do. We do not discriminate on racial, gender or other basis. Our attitude is ethical and with goodwill. Our 3 golden rules are Compassion, Patience and Respect. We would, however, remove clients that do not fit in with our standards.
