After I explained what was required, Aaron drew up a rough drawing of what he was going to do for us, flashed it under our eyes expecting us to know what he was going to do. As One Flare was unable to get any other business's we decided to go with Aaron who appeared to know what we wanted. When we tried to contact him we found his phone no longer in service. So we began looking again, then he pops up again and comes around and states that his phone was lost along with all the information. He rewrites his initial quote but again supplies the wrong phone number on that. He begins the work and informs us that the eaves are asbestos and that the price will have to go up. He then removes the eaves and cuts the rafters back to the inside brick wall, builds up the outside brick wall, finishes off the ends but does not install a fascia as we requested. We get the Patio people out to do a final check measure and they are unable to install the patio to where the eaves are now. Get the patio people and Aaron together, and Aaron states he will do whatever is required to get the patio installed, then send s and email advising he did everything to the quote and if it's not correct it's our problem for not understanding what he was going to do. He became more rude and arrogant and very belligerent. He wanted me to accept only what was written on the quote as to the work undertaken but also wants me to pay for his failure to identify asbestos on site and to pay extra for the removal of it. I am taking a stand and only paying for what he quoted as he wants me to accept.
