We are insured by QBE insurance. We have $10,000,000 Broadform liability and $500,000 Professional indemnity. We are able to provide a no fuss warranty on almost all of our services.

The best thing about our job is solving our customers problems and doing it at a very affordable price. There is nothing more satisfying then providing a cheap solution.

Most people are usually worried about issues including, Costs, Warranties and the saftey of the products we use. We are happy to boast about providing very competetive pricing, Fully gauranteed work and the use of only the safest products on all of our jobs.

All of our work is organised using simple booking procedures meaning that there is no excuse for computers failing or jobs getting missed. If there is ever a problem with an arranged booking we always ensure the best communications with our customers.

In most cases we only need to know what specific services our customers need and a rough idea of the size of the property or structure being treated. Otherwise all of our onsite quotes are 100% FREE.

There are many different ways and situations in which our customers can save money before we start work:- - Customers can simply save money by booking several services at once. - Customers can save money by getting it done with a neighbour, friend or relative. - Most importantly, booking a job in before the situation gets out of hand.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

We charge our customers $280 to have a General pest treatment and Termite inspection done at the same time (usually $165 each). We are happy to offer our one flare customers this service for with a 10% discount.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

A lot of our services are a fixed price but in some cases we may need to do an on site quote if a job is going to be bigger or smaller. In the case of doing a Termite treatment, it is dependent on the extent of the infestation. Termite barriers are worked out at a per meter rate.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We cover almost all facets of Pest control but our main area is Termite treatment and/or prevention. We also specialise in carrying out after hours work for situations where it suits our clients.
