Well where do I start. The service I requested from Abuilt Engineering was a pre-purchase house inspection. This process with Bill was such a breeze. Very quick in replying; very competitively priced; did behind the scenes work such as promptly arrange a time with the agent well before my cooling off period; met with Bill about the time he was due to finish the inspection to which then he spent time going over his findings and was giving options or solutions.
