  I am leaving a bad review because this company did not do a proper job in finding a huge problem to the property I bought. We have discovered a big leak to our garage and sunroom area and I don’t know how on earth he missed seeing this. I do not recommend this company.

  Sorry this is your experience of our company We notice that the review was 12 months after the report was issued and at the time of inspection no evidence of roof leaks were detected. Many factors can contribute to these type of issues, including ongoing maintenance of a property. If you had contacted us directly within a reasonable period, we would have sent one of our team members to investigate the cause at no additional cost to you.
