Accord Plumbing's alliance company is Howard Plumbing, formerly Ross Howard Plumbing. Being the son of Ross Howard my brother an I followed in his footsteps to continue his well established business and create our own company.

The best scenario is to have the job accessed on-site so a fixed price can be given. Each job has different variables that will need to be taken into account prior to giving a fixed price. Just give the office a call and arrange for an experienced plumber to be allocated to evaluate the work required.

With most Plumbing issues there is a degree of common sense involved so make the work area readily accessible. Be aware of the location your water and gas is isolated from. Have a sewer diagram on hand for blocked drains. Possibly do some investigation prior to a plumber arriving.

We are living through these hard times like everyone else and realise that people are doing it tough. We don't believe in ripping the customers off for a one time experience. We are about customer satisfaction and return business.

How do you normally charge for your service?

With the uncertainty of the economy and customers experiencing some hard times we have developed a simply but fair price structure where we charge a low $55 call out fee to dispatch one of our experienced plumbers to assess the required jobs. A written fixed price will be given and agreed to before the work will commence.

There is no aspect of the plumbing trade that we haven’t experienced. The plumbing part of the trade is easy, it's the customer care and satisfaction that is important to us and we strive to keep a high level.
