I had a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience with Ace Movers. After booking a 4:00 PM slot, they asked to move the time. Despite being a single parent with my children present, I accommodated them by agreeing to 3:30 PM. They arrived late at 3:45 PM and were immediately unprepared. The movers lacked basic supplies, asking me for tape to secure drawers and refusing to move a TV without a box unless I waived their liability for damages. When I called the owner to resolve these issues, the situation escalated. Rather than being helpful, the owner was incredibly rude, lectured me on "how to communicate," and ultimately cancelled the job entirely, leaving me stranded. To make matters worse, they charged me a $50 fee despite performing no work. For a service charging $130/hour, I expected professional equipment and basic courtesy. Based on this experience, I highly question the legitimacy of their positive reviews. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.aravind s
