We were staying in Terrigal over the school holidays and wanted our 15 year old daughter and 13 year old son to stay active so we booked them in for 9 one hour sessions over a few weeks with Matt. I was very impressed with the way Matt organised the sessions, provided feedback to the kids, injected some humour, ensured they kept moving but also had appropriate breaks. All the equipment is in good condition and the gym under Matt’s house is clean, tidy and air conditioned! We will definitely be back next holidays.
