  Activempowerment has been a pleasure to use. I started attending group sessions weekly almost two years ago from never having done any physical activity before. The enthusiasm and commitment of the staff encouraged me to keep on putting in the effort and constantly pushing my limits. I have recommended Activempowerment to many many friends who have all loved the hard work and different routines each week. Icing on the cake is the fantastic prices for each session for which I would gladly pay double given the personalised attention.

  Michael and his team are fantastic. Not only do they tailor your workout to your specific athlete and injury needs the overall support is great. Holistic approach to health and fitness in "real" people terms that makes any goal feel achievable. Couldn't recommend anyone more!
