Whilst we don't have formal insurance, we do guarantee that we will not start a project or go to print, unless you have given written approval to do so - for every single project.

Our team loves everything design. Graphic, Fashion, Art.... We are inspired by our client's needs, by nature, by colour and we love being organised - this was a natural transition for us to offer graphic design and associated marketing communication services supported by project management.

When searching for a designer - you should view their portfolio and see if their style suits your brand and is a good fit. Ask how many rounds of amendments are included and how long the project will take.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

a) How many rounds of amends are included in your graphic design and copywriting? We allow 3 rounds of changes for every project and this is included in our quote.  b) How does it all work to get a design idea organised for a marketing project? It's quite simple really. You send us your idea with your logo and any images, we come back with some questions to clarify. We go off and write the text for you, or if you don't need text written and/or will supply it yourself, we go straight into designing a concept for you (for logo development we offer 2 or 3 concepts), we go back and forth through proofing until you are happy! Then we set up your project for print and manage it all the way up to delivery.

To get the best possible design and minimise the number of changes needed along the way, it's a good idea to have all your text and images ready to go. If you need help with writing the text, just ask us!

What makes your pricing competitive?

As we don't have fancy offices we can keep our overheads low. Plus working with our trade only printers who give us competitive pricing, means we can then pass those savings on to our clients.

How do you normally charge for your service?

As each job is so different and customised, we don't have set pricing - but we will give you the most competitive rate for your project and throw in 3 rounds of amendments for every single project.   For new clients, we require payment upfront for all projects under $1000, or 50% deposit for projects over $1000 with balance due prior to delivery. Over time, as we do regular work together, we can consider extended terms for you. Rest assured, we are small and nimble and provide a great service. You won't be disappointed.
