I asked for a large truck - they sent a small truck, so they could not fit everything in. I had to make 9 trips back and forth myself 40+ kms each way. Im a 56 year old woman and was moving heavy pot plants and garden items myself. They didn't bring allen keys to take apart the bed, so I had to rummage through my packed stuff to find one. They ran out of pads to pack around items, so I had to use my already packed blankets and quilts. They tried to charge me for an extra 15 minutes when both drivers had stood around smoking for 20 mins at a time on 3 occasions. My dining chairs have scuffs and scratches in 7 places. I sent them an email telling them of these issues and got absolutely no responseKristian
