I have an elderly couple who are not very computer savvy and have been facing loads of problem in using the computer and iPad.  They called Affordable PC Repairs & Services for support as their pc had a blue screen of death.  They were very much concerned about the family pictures that were on the hard drive and some important documents that required to be recovered urgently.  After diagnosis, I assured them that I can recover the data without any issues and repair the pc to even a better performance as to what it was before without blowing their budget.  In the end I also gave them some important advise as to how to manage their data, PC Performance and a short training on how to use Microsoft applications to their advantage.  Also covered important areas of navigation when they are online as to things to be aware of and not to click on all pop up boxes that appear all of a sudden. The satisfaction that I got was the gleaming happiness that I saw in their eyes once the job was completed successfully as to when I had arrived on site to fix the issue. Answers:  1. We always advise the customers of the problem once it is fully diagnosed onsite. If more sophisticated diagnosis is required and the equipment is to be taken offsite, then the customer is notified ASAP once the fault report is completed. 2. Depending on how big or small the job is and if any parts is required to be ordered, then a customer is given an approximate completion time.
