  I wanted to change the back section of our house to create more glass/light, a more modern look with custom joinery, a new gas heating system to warm the whole house and more storage. It was a difficult brief but Serena helped create detailed plans, get plans through council, find a builder (not easy in current environment), selection of colours/materials, advice on artwork etc. In any project of this size there are challenges along the way but Serena has a very positive approach to helping us solve problems. Very understanding and responsive to client needs.

  Took longer than expected to get the curtains. Turns out the fabric we originally ordered was not available globally, so Serena took the initiative to find close matches, and even negotiated a discount on our behalf. They look amazing.
