  Requested a move on one day, booked for whatever reason seven days later. After enquiring, agreed to do two days later. Next day at 4.00 pm, rang and said they were now fully booked and couldn’t do the job. Many threats later, agreed to turn up as arrranged. Workers did a great job. Quoted $125 per hour and charged $130. Not advised of charges for stairs, fuel etc. Job quoted $600, had to pay $1000. Will never use again and cannot recommend.

  Move went smoothly and the movers were great. I was unhappy due to being quoted $125 an hour plus an hour travel time. Movers were there for less than 2 hours but I was charged $429.

  Very disappointing- I specifically asked for 7 am start and paper work confirmed 7 am not 7 with a 3 hour window . So they completely stuffed up the timing of my day - lost me 3 hours pay- no phone call to advise running late - and when they did call - were annoyed that I had taken one of my kids to the train ( or they would have missed a days work ) and then had to wait 5 minutes for me - after I waited 75 minutes for them .. when I complained- to dispatch they told me this is the industry - just deal with it . Sorry - not agreeing to that commentary- used a removalist in a different area and they were 15 minutes early to the job - unfortunately they were in the wrong area for this job
