  Were 2 hours late as someone was sick, whilst the communication advising and updating me was great, no one was sick, just a late night! Also, a few things damaged (base bed material torn, scratches on wooden bedside table and TV cabinet broken) not all of which was acknowledged and were happy to take the full amount of money and leave.... I understand things happen but the damage should have been noted to me before settling the account.

  At short notice I called Jason midweek hoping his company were able to do a removal 2 days later, I was thinking this wouldn’t be possible given the short time frames however Jason was absolutely brilliant with his communication and was able to change around some jobs to fit me in. He assured me that others would not be inconvenienced by my late request and he would be happy to do the job, The removal went great, professionally done and in very good time. Would absolutely recommend AJ King Removals! I will use them if/when I need to and will definitely be recommending to others Marcus
