  Andrew was prompt, friendly and professional. The problem was hard to diagnose, but he had the right contacts to chat to, to get to the bottom of it. He ended up fixing the issue, not needing any extra parts so not costing me any extra than what was needed. Would recommend and would happily give him a call for further problems.
