actually my wife and i moved 4 times in a year, and we always hire a truck and have a few friends help us to do the job, then we feel like we like moving the stuff around, then me and my mate we open this company for this moving business, and we do pretty well and our company grow.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Planning Most people get amazed to see the amount of stuff they actually have at the time of move. Now is the correct time for you to have a look at everything at your place and decide to get rid of it at the earliest. You also need to plan the order to pack things.  2. Pre-packing Be prepared with packing things in advance so that you won’t require to waste time like linen, books, clothes etc. The more time you keep yourself to packing the less stressful your work overload will be.  3. Furniture to empty However if it has a door or draw, it has to be cleaned up. Wardrobes, desk drawers and chest of draws should be emptied. Avoid shutting of drawers as it would help in removing permanent marks on your furniture. Gas bottles and other equipment must also be emptied before we carry them, as carry of flammable liquids is not possible.  4. Pack in good boxes Packing in boxes should be avoided as they cannot be shut. Boxes like this cannot be arranged properly in the truck as it will lead to time wastage. You should also make sure that you pack heavy items e.g. books in smaller boxes to get rid of making them too heavy. Most popular storage companies will have boxes for sell of all sizes as per your requirements.  5. Keep clear access The faster the move will be as closer we can park the truck to the entrance of your place. The most important thing is to keep all the walkways and entrances clear to save us leading to move everything to get through.  6. Dismantling Dismantling services includes beds, other furniture items, and mirrors from dresser. If you are troubled with anything doesn’t stress then we will take care of this for you. Losing of small items like keys is common while moving and quite annoying. So call us immediately for our support.  7. Fridges/Freezers As per your convenience, you can keep your refrigenerator and freezers on until you are asked to do so by us. Refrigenerator and freezers should not be put on for 2 hours after reaching your new place. This is a very important point to be taken care of.  8. Flat glass items Flat glass items include table tops, plate glass, prints, paintings and wall unit shelves. It should be left bare for us to handle. You should not pack glass plates or glass front paintings in boxes.  9. Pot plants You should not water plants for a few days prior to the moving. It is not that hard in a drought!
