Locally trained at a specialist massage college, Alex takes a great deal of pride in ensuring each session is tailored to suit your needs and to ease whatever aches and pains or tension you feel.
Using a mixture of relaxation, deep tissue and remedial techniques together with trigger point therapy you are bound to leave feeling relaxed and free.

Alex offers a very professional service and spends the time to discuss what areas I would like massaged and what would cause certain tightness in my body. I feel very relaxed afterwards. I will definitely return again.
