BEWARE PEOPLE STEPHEN LOCK BREAKS PROMISES AND CHARGED DOUBLE HIS QUOTE AND DIDN'T FIX OUR PROBLEM $270 FOR SUPPOSEDLY REPAIRING A TV ( after a week of being screwed around I brought a new TV) and another $120 for replacing 3 thermostats in our stove POOR SERVICE AND TELLS LIES IN HIS REPLY TO BAD REVIEWS23 Feb 2017
Tom is twisting my words around to distort the true meaning. The television was working but had an intermittent problem that would cause it to periodically switch off. I found a scorched capacitor in the power supply, and 2 others slightly marked. I recommended we try changing all of them, 10 in total to be sure. I had some capacitors with me, but not the full 10 I recommended replacing. I said we can try this and see how we go, or we can purchase a completely new PCB. I said power boards are expensive and special orders in excess of $200 must be paid for in advance. I did not ask Tom for $200. I said, if you wish to place a special order, parts costing in excess of $200 must be paid for in advance. I also fixed Toms oven while I was there, and it is still working today. He made no mention of that. Thank youTesh

All Appliance Service repair Be Careful Never ever employe this company in to fix anything. if you do please make sure you watch everything they do and take photo, as my washing machine needed a Solonoid replaced with was a 10min job. Stephan Lock came out and broke all the part attached to the Solonoid Valve. Charged me $100 extra for the part which was worth $50 and ended up being the wrong part. With all the damage done he did not fix the problem and I had to call a technician from Electrolux and it took him 5 mins to fix. He never turned up on time and never bother to call if he is going to be late. He does not have a company business card. He agreed to return my $100 but can and made me sign on the receipt and only returned $50. One flare was very professional and escalated this issue I have had enough for $50 i m not going to pursue it further. Good luck24 Jan 2017
Some people have a faulty appliance, and only seek to have that appliance repaired quickly and efficiently, Some other people are more interested in having their own egos pampered above everything else. This customer was disgruntled, he was later reimbursed in full, and there are signed receipts to prove that. I didn't charge this customer any money. He was reimbursed in full. He even kept the washing machine part, free of charge, as a goodwill gesture. I did not charge him any money. I gave this man an $80 part, totally free of cost. Still he wasn't satisfied. What more can I say. A job is a job and that's it. There is no need to harbour grudges and act unfriendly or be rude. Not to anyone.Sez

3 star review. I did my best. I can't help it if the main PCB control board is at fault, and is therefore going to be an expensive repair. Customer would have given me a 5 star review if the faulty component had been something cheaper. Customer also neglected to state that I willingly came to his place after hours on the same day at no extra charge.Perry
