  Serena is very professional, taliors workouts to your specific needs, encouraging and motivates. Helps gain that confidence so you can workout on your own without being scared at the gym.   I have combined liability insurance for everyone's peace of mind. I can only guarantee that you will get out of it what you put in.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  Since having major knee surgery, I put on a fair bit of weight. I started up Muay thai and fell in love. The weight fell of, my strength improved and I felt good inside and out. I found my passion in wanting to help people feel the same way
