I have sold my property with Alpha 1 Realty. Frank & Paola helped me to find a retirement village, before I had to move. Frank sough ted everything from the removalists to garage sale, and which lawyer to use. I am still counting my blessing of meeting such a beautiful couple, that one year after the successful sale of my property they still keep in touch sharing a great cup of tea.Dean

We were tenants in Alpha 1 Realty for 3 years. During this time we found Frank and Paola to be outstanding -very responsive and just all around nice and pleasant people to deal with. A huge cut above any agencies we had rented through before. Therefore, when it came time to choose someone to manage our investment property in Sunnybank Hills it was a no brainer to to go with them. Frank came around and talked us through everything. We really liked his philosophy of making sure that the tenant is happy and getting a good deal as well as making sure the owner is getting the best from their investment. We are dealing with Paola who always responds to any query straight away and is very pleasant to deal with. We are very confident that our property is having the best management available.
