  Ray from Am2pm arrived right on time as promised. Got stuck into what was only a small job for my 45 years old plumbing - the blockage was not far away ( bloody tree roots, not even my tree - went and bought some PVC stuff - closed everything up - did not charge an arm and a leg. Happy customer.
